Manchurian Recipe

Ingredients

1 carrot (ground) 5 tbsp cabbage (destroyed) 5 tbsp spring onion (hacked) ½ onion (finely hacked)

Step-1

in a little bowl take 2 tsp cornflour and ¼ cup water. blend well shaping a bump free slurry.

pour in cornflour slurry and blend well.keep on bubbling till the sauce thickens and turns reflexive

include arranged veg manchurian balls, 2 tbsp spring onion and blend well.
