500 gms Spinach
2 Cups Water
1 Squeeze Salt (To Taste)
2 Green Chillies (Cut)
Ingredients
0.5 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
1 Teaspoon Red Stew Powder
250 gms Paneer (Cut Into ½ Inch 3D shapes)
1 Inch Ginger
Step-1
Heat up the spinach in 1 cup of water till the leaves are shriveled. Channel the water and toil the spinach leaves into a fine glue. Keep it to the side.
Step-2
Heat oil in a karahi, add cumin seeds and when they splutter add hacked onions and broil till brilliant brown. Add ginger garlic glue and sear for 5 minutes. Presently add the tomatoes and sauté till delicate.
Step-3
Add green chillies, turmeric powder and red bean stew powder. Sear briefly, till the masalas are all around blended.
Step-4
Add pureed spinach and the leftover 1 cup of water and MAGGI Masala ae Wizardry. Blend well, cover and cook briefly on low fire. Add the paneer pieces, blend well and stew for 5 minutes. Add salt to taste.
