1 cup split grape tomatoes 1 cup split and cut cucumber ½ cup fragmented red onion
⅓ cup cut pepperoncini ⅓ cup disintegrated feta cheddar
2 tablespoons toasted unsalted sunflower seeds
Whisk oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, sugar, salt and pepper together in a huge bowl.
Add lettuce, spinach, chicken, tomatoes, cucumber, onion and pepperoncini; throw to cover.
