Sambar Recipe
Ingredients
½ cup toor dal (washed) ¼ tsp turmeric 1 tsp oil 1½ cup water ½ onion (petals) 1 tomato (cubed) 1 carrot (hacked) 5 beans (hacked)

1 potato (cubed) not many drumstick 2 brinjal (hacked) not many curry leaves 1 bean stew 2½ cup water ½ cup tamarind extricate 2 tbsp sambar powder

1 tsp jaggery ½ tsp turmeric 1 tsp salt 2 tsp oil 1 tsp mustard 1 tsp urad dal 2 dried red stew (broken) squeeze hing not many curry leaves
Step-1
first and foremost, in a strain cooker add ½ cup toor dal, ¼ tsp turmeric, 1 tsp oil and 1½ cup water.

pressure cook for 5 whistles or until the dal is cooked well.
